Taunya has 17 years of communications/PR experience in the technology and software engineering industries. She is currently a consultant and trusted advisor to senior managers and executives from world-class companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, SAP, T-Mobile and Boeing. With a passion for technology and training in precision questioning, she provides coaching to clients on storytelling, positioning and professional networking.

Prior to The Brane Company, she was a member of the Microsoft Corporate PR team and had management responsibility for Corporate IT Analyst Relations. She was also liaison for key influencers and top Company executives on competitive, information security and legal topics. Before joining Microsoft, she directed corporate communications for privately and publicly held companies. Her client service was honed at boutique PR firms in Los Angeles and New York. Taunya's creative writing style and passion for engineering and innovation blossomed early in her career when she joined a team of Hollywood writers to research and write for the successful children’s educational television show, "Bill Nye the Science Guy." She graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.

Beth McIntire   Resume Services

Beth offers clients with resumes designed to attract the attention of recruiters and hiring managers. Before joining the company in 2008, she worked as a technical recruiter servicing clients such as Yahoo and Sony, where she reviewed thousands of resumes, hosted recruiting screen calls and assisted in the placement of top talent. Prior to that, she worked in recruiting for Microsoft where she gained extensive knowledge of the hiring process for both internal and external candidates by processing hundreds of resumes a month. Beth has also provided training to hiring managers on how to recruit great employees. She has a B.A. in Spanish with an emphasis in psychology and business.
